Anyone else notice that sound with Flowmaster?

My 3.Slow in my 94 has a nice custom Flowmaster exhaust lettin it breathe...but one thing i noticed is the sound i get when i rev the engine...when i increase the RPM...it sounds good...but as soon as i let the gas go...it sounds even BETTER!!!...almost like i have a turbo or somethin in there...(i dont)...sounds kinda like a sports car...anyone else notice somethin like this?...i like it...

also...anyone else with custom exhaust notice they get alot more steam when it is cold than stock exhaust...my truck is surrounded by a cloud when im sittin at a stoplight...again...i like it...

I have definitely noticed with mine that when I let off the gas I get this deep rumble and it sounds like the car is actually inhaling through the exhaust. Not sure if this is the same sound you get but I definitely think it sounds bad!

I believe what you guys are experiencing is physics at work the "breathing through the exhaust" sounds comes froms the law 'that for every action there is an equal reaction' because when you step on it and pushes all the gases out of the exhaust the rush of pressure going back to it's normal level in the same amount of area is the sound that you're explaining as "breathing through the exhaust" which should in theory make a deeper note because it's pressurizing faster than it exited. It's the same as popping a balloon it's not the pop of the rubber that causes the noise it's the molecules around the balloon trying to equal themselves when the physical barrier between the molecules in the balloon and the ones outside is removed.
