Anyone ever had an A pillar dent repaired?

Hit a fast moving projectile on the road today. Good news is that if it were inches closer to the windshield it would have seriously injured or killed my passenger. Bad news: my a pillar looks like crap

Maybe it's time for a snorkel. Sigh

I'm guessing they will just fill it with Bondo and sand it down. Too much time involved to pull it and smooth it out.

There are techniques available where they can spot weld a pull tab and pull the majority of the dent out and then typically would put a light glaze over the top. A reputable shop SHOULD NOT just fill it with body filler. Find a reputable shop in your area and they can get it taken care of properly.

I recently got a c pillar ding removed with glue pulling method, but yours does look rough. Doesn't hurt to ask your local PDR professional.
