1- I ordered a full set of balljoints from them on 9/27 and got an email from them that evening asking me to confirm my VIN. Since then, none of.my emails have been returned and my account info won't allow me to log into their site. I just emailed their primary email , [email protected], and it was returned immediately. I called the 800# and it just rang and rang , no answering machine. I'm starting to consider stopping CC payment. Have any of you all ever dealt with them? Hopefully its a case of real nice site, real bad service.....
