anyone ever used these?

I was looking around at tires and came across these. Has anyone ever used/heard of these? They look just like the BFG AT only dirt cheap.

Due to the speed of revolution at highway limits, I would be careful with re-treads of any type. I know they are cheaper, but what are you really getting, someone else's rejects.
