Thanks for the recommendations. Tires are probably most important, and most difficult. 95% of KM will be paved or maintained gravel. 5% Hard rock and mud as I use a former logging road to access my property up north. That road has seen no work in 30+ years and is only passable by an ATV, and now my 4Runner.

For that much mileage on the pavement, your best bet is AT type tires. Depend on what weather you going to encount on your trips on logging road, you may choose more or less aggressive AT tires. I can recommend:
More aggtrssive - Mickey Thomson ATZ P3, General Grabber X3
Less aggressive- Toyo Open Country AT II, Nitto Terra Grappler, Fallken Wild Peak AT-3W.

I like my Duratracs, there were good for me in trails and in snow. Got about 90,000 km from first set and got them again last year.

Sure, that could be great. Look at trucks, share experiences, grab a coffee etc. I'm back on 17 of Jan.

05v6LTD-daystar front 1", 1,25" wheel spacers, 5th gen brakes, Chinese Bluetooth.

Just a heads up guys. Heard last November that 4Runners are one of the top most stolen vehicles in Ontario. Last week my friends Tacoma got stolen in Mississauga.

Hey there:) May someone advises me on real estate in Toronto? Having a plan to move there soon and need to understand where will I live with my family. As for me, I prefer condominiums among all the others real estate. Especially my favorite, for now, is Sugar Wharf Condos but my wife doesn't like it at all..what to do?

My wife just retired from real estate but she has a network of agents that could help you out. Where are you moving from?

Personally I would never want to live in condo, especially in downtown Toronto. This condo probably will be very expensive or really small. And underground garage might have not enough clearance for a 4Runner not to mention roof racks, lift, antennas etc.
