I live in SE Michigan (Oakland County)...but as far as I know, there aren't any close trails.
I've heard the Mounds ORV Area is decent, The Mounds ORV Area
but it's about 75 miles away from me, and I haven't been there yet. Otherwise, there are quite a few ORV trails way up north.
Where in MI are you? I'm always down to ride some trails if you know of any.

Michigan Off Roading at Bundy Hill Off Road Park - Jerome, MI (4x4, OHV, ORV, ATV, Quad, Motorcycle, Jeep)
Located in Gerome Michigan 45 minutes from Ann Arbor and keep watching for their calendar as they post 4x4 events. This October they have Pit trash 4x4 shoot out.

If you're in West Michigan, there's a small pit course and a somewhat technical two track through the bog in Jenison off Baldwin by 196. Possible to get through in 2WD most of the time if you're really careful picking your lines, in 4WD you can be a bit more reckless. Not too reckless, mind you, there is quite a bit of wet clay in there.

I'm in Chelsea, near Ann Arbor. I have been to Bundy several times. It's a pretty fun place. All of the other like Mounds, Rocks & Valleys, etc. are a bit further from me so I haven't had time to check them out.
