OUCH. That's a bummer, when it rain it pours I guess. I can't help you but hope you get it fixed up quick. Did it effect your CB ant mount?

Dude, you know where to park don't you. Vandalism, broken doors and now blind cargo van drivers - hasn't your 4R been through enough misery by now lol. Are you looking here for an imperial jade bumper because your truck was a base model and had chrome bumpers in rear, which probably would show up on the insurance quote?
 
This is in my own driveway. The man who hit it is a family friend who is working on our house. He said he will pay to fix it.


Broke a lot of stuff. Mudflap, bumper end, bumper brackets, cb coaxial cable got split clean in half, damaged the bumper cover, and scraped up the paint behind the side part. Also bent in the metal under the tail light and one of the seams opened up, need to bent it back and hit it with some seam sealer. I'd like to get the green bumpers (not because I have a base model, sr5s have chrome too) because I love this color and the look of the highlander. Might as well, I never liked chrome anyway. I hate wasting perfect opportunities to get new parts the way I want... or else I feel I'm wasting my money... or his money lol :)
 
Body color bumper will look good . But finding one used won't be easy . I think your best would be to buy a brand new primer black one on ebay. Or somewhere and have a body shop paint it.

I've got one you can have, but you will have to wait until I build my steel replacement. Might even be the summer before I build it. But it would be free :)
Of course, it is hit in the opposite corner as yours, and I am about as far from you as can be and still be on the mainland E. coast.

But, if you want it, it is yours.

Got a picture of what you need? I'm getting rid of my front bumper for an ARB cause I had a small accident on the front right hand side of the bumper, and the left hand side was fine.

Edit: NVM, read it wrong, you're looking for hardware for the rear bumper end, not the front bumper..

Another owner might send me a chrome bumper, but I'll switch it out for the green one when topdown4runner takes his off, I'll just replace the one side of that one.
 
Good! Finally. Had a little issue with getting my ARB, but it all got sorted out (The place I'm getting my work done at forgot to add my bumper to their shipment list, even though they thought it had been added -- it took a call to ARB to get everything sorted out, but the bumper will be on by next weekend). Got a snorkel like jsmarine's on the way, as well as some Savage sliders too. My truck is gonna be just about where I want it after that's all installed. 4.88's, rear ARB and supercharger round out the mods I'll be putting on this truck. It's nearing a decade old and soon it'll be time for a new DD, which means my cash will start being directed elsewhere, but I'll drive my 4R till the friggin' wheels fall off. /End hi-jack. Your truck is looking great as of late. Any plans to convert to 4WD?

I guess the motor swap got set back til i find another 99. 4WD swap is most likely happening simultaneously. Gonna buy a wreck off the salvage auctions but I am waiting for the right one

BTW, the guy who was gonna send me a bumper backed out, still lookin folks.
