Anyone have an Irbis Offroad front bumper?

If you have one, would you post some pics? I noticed on the site that the front grill is removed but I'm guessing thats just so the winch will fit and not because it's a must for the bumper to fit correctly. I'm thinking of building my own with help and modeling it after this one.

I guess no one has this bumper. I like how open the front middle is for good air circulation.

How the heck did I not see this when looking before. I love this bumper, it looks like it has a great approach angle, like you say, has good circulation, is plated so as to cover up the "unfinished looking stuff".

It's a bit pricey though. Definitely interested in seeing more pics of it if anyone has one.

fwiw i called them a few months back about a new rear bumper, and one of the proprietors told me they were closed indefinitely for medical reasons.

I never did hear anything after that and I ended up going with a CBI. I hope they are all well and wish them the best, they sound like real nice people.

Might be why info is a little sparse though they do seem popular in CO where they are at.

x2, I called them back in Feb, they told me to call back in 2 months, called in 2 months and they said the same.

I might have seen your bumper in its naked form sitting on the stands at CBI.

I took a drive south 3 hrs and picked up mine. :banana:

From what i understand the owner of Irbis had some health issues and at some point he and his family bought a bunch land in Idaho and they are living off the grid. I was there a few months ago when he was selling all his 80 series LCs.

Irbis has always parted LCs out....but you mean it was as if he was selling his shop?

They are still around - I see craigslist ad's all the time.
