Anyone have the instructions for MeatlTech sliders?

I just got my MetalTech sliders in, and they came with no directions. I have tried to contact MetalTech, but have not heard back yet. Does anyone here have the directions that came with theirs that I might be able to use?

I was finally able to get through, and MetalTech e-mailed me a PDF of the instructions. I'll post some pictures when I get them installed.
