Anyone install their winch after installing their ARB bumper?

Going to be installing a Warn winch in my ARB bumper which is already installed on the truck. It seems like all it would take is removing the lower ARB skid plate, lifting the winch in, bolting it up, then replacing the plate. The shop wants over $600 to install stating that the whole ARB bumper would have to come out and, the winch mounted, then the bumper reinstalled.

yea its do able because when i put my arb on i had to take the winch back out to fix something but my other hand had left to help take the bumper on and off again as long as you have a jack and some wood you should be set but those winches are heavy so be carful!
