hey i just recently got my 4runner and it is bare stock....for now tho. and i really want to take her off-roading somewhere around atlanta or north georgia. is anyone willing to take me somewhere that my stock rig can handle. i go camping up in blueridge all the time and was curious if there were any trails up there. i live in marietta

Hey man, welcome to the "club"! I will definitely put your name on my "local" list and hit you up when I ride next. I am going to Aetna Mtn in TN in a few weeks with GATrailRiders (GATrailRiders.com), but you have to be a member to ride on that one.

Are you 4x4 or 4x2?

I am wanting to go back to Durhamtown (SE of ATL) soon, so I will let you know.

Alright, guys...I'm going to start a new post for a ride at Durhamtown (SE of ATL) for either Sept 3 or 10th (both Saturdays). They have just opened some new ORV trails there that I'd like to try out. They are trying to beef up their off-road truck trails and obstacles there for the last few months. It's not too extreme, but I think some of the new obstacles they're putting in should keep the more extreme people happy. I went down there a few months ago with some other 4Runners (& a jeep) and had a good time.

This isn't set in stone, so feel free to chime in with suggestions or other options (for dates or places).

I will post back up here once I have a link to the other post. Let your local friends know (all makes & models welcome!).

about an hour north of chattanooga up I-24 is an awesome wheelin spot if yall are interested there is a toy ride in november. bring a 10$ toy or just 10$ and wheel all day. its a great place to wheel and stock truck and 2wds have made it thru just fine

you wont find it online. but we call it the cove, plenty of good wheelin down there
