Anyone local to SoCal want to help me trim to get rid of tire rub?

Anyone local in the SoCal (HB) region want to help me trim/adjust my liner/fender/etc to eliminate the slight rub i get when I am in reverse?

I put some 275/70/R17 on my 17 TRD-ORP last week and instead of returning and going to a smaller size, I thought I'd ask here if anyone is local and has the necessary tools and experience to adjust things to get rid of the rub.

I don't have any tools or experience with auto work or I'd try it myself.

Where's the rub happening? The front of the fender or rear? If it's the front then I'll probably just be a quick trim of plastic.

I believe the rubbing is only happening in the front and only in reverse in full steering turn.
