No, but I had a Smittybuilt tubular front bumper on an '86 4Runner I used to own that came w/ a receiver hitch mount. Loved it. It was great to be able to push a trailer up a steep driveway than try and back it up.

Plus I had a Warn winch that I welded to a small metal bar in such a way that I could move it from the front hitch to the back hitch incase the need arose. Beats having two winches.

Maybe someone has made one though.

Drawtite front hitch. I bought it ages ago... not sure if they make it anymore, but it's very useful. 2" hitch with tow loops and a 9000 pound rating.

Thanks, I got mine from Warne about 4 years ago, been using it ever since for coolers and surfcasting racks.

I've heard of guards with front tow hitch referred to as a ranch hand (I think that is what they called it) in Texas. But those were all on dualies.

I just checked it out on the Warn site, it doesn't say that it specifically fits a 3rd gen Runner, you or anyone confirm that it fits?

Edit: Just looked it up on Amazon and there's a review from a guy who says its a perfect fit on his 97 SR5, Anyone know if it will fit a 99-02 with fat lip bumper? I know the 2 styles of bumpers are not interchangeable without modifications.

Won’t fit a fat lip. I have one on my truck but I converted to an early style bumper.

Dad gum! I had one on my f250 and really miss it. Does anyone know of one exists that fits an 02? Without modification?
