Anyone near Austin

Now that I have a 4runner I'm looking for some people around Austin to go 4 wheelin with or just do some local road trips, etc. If anyone is in the area let me know.

Down in Kyle here, 2wd 4cyl though so I wouldn't be much for a 4wheelin buddy. If anyone has a motorcylce though I am always up for going for a ride.
 
Katy, TX here. Go wheeling at BVORR in Bryan, TX all the time. Austin has two good parks close by, Hidden Falls and Longs Ranch..

ever been to any of those parks? Any of you guys done the lift? Wrench meet?

Hey! I love Freidericksburg, invite me! Hidden Falls is freaking Sweet, but I wouldn't go without Sliders. If you just bought it, you probably don't want to take it here: Hidden Falls Adventure Park - Marble Falls, Texas

BVORR is Pretty cool too.. lots of scary climbs, stock 4runner with a locker can do quite a bit there. Mission Statement

Hey underground, I have a 97 too! I have had it for about a month. My build is around here somewhere.. Ordered the Sonoran Steel lift, sliders and I am getting new tires in a month. Get Busy and MOD it dude!

Well, I think Fredericksburg, TX is a little more on the Tourist side. Havn't done much wheeling out here but looking to do some light trails here and there sometime.
 
Hey all, Dallas here, I would be interested meeting up, anywhere really. I dont mind the drive down to Austin.

Camping and wheeling at Long's Ranch, Hidden Falls, and BVORR down this way.. well, Austin and Bryan really.. I am willing to drive too! What do you have cool up Dallas way?

I love camping at BVORR because you basically have it to yourself, and there are a lot of Awesome Jeep trails and some crazy off camber stuff that our 4Runner excel at. One problem though, you basically have to have a Locker.

Hidden Falls, you want armor.. Longs Ranch, I am not a hug fan of.
 
If anyone around Austin is interested in a bug deflector let me know. I wound up with an extra one under warranty. Free to a good home.. It's an EGR Superguard. I had one replaced under warranty and they sent me a revised model that wasn't the same. They claim it fits 4Runners but sent me the correct one so this one has been in a corner. Hopefully it really is for a 4Runner.
