ANyone not using there front license plate holder?

They don't give you one at the dealership here in Memphis because you are not required to have a front license plate in TN. As some of you read in a previous post, my roommate is the finance manager at the dealership. Well, he would be able to get me one from another store, but he accepted a job in another state, so that is a no go. If anyone has one just sitting around, I will pay for shipping. Thanks!

I didn't get one either in Florida. If you need to mount a plate up front right away, just pick up some stainless nuts, bolts and lock washers from Ace or Home Depot.

I don't think there is an actual "bracket" for the front plate, it just screws to the bumper where there is a couple little flat areas for the screws go.

Yeah that is all that was installed on mine when I picked it up from the dealer. If you are seeing an actual plate housing on other runners they were probably bought at auto zone or some place similar.

Yeah, there are two holes, but it doesn't look like anything screws into them. I thought that it might need a bracket because I had an Accord with the same exact holes, but it came with a bracket that fit in there. Anyway, thats probably what i will do, just go pick up a few bolts at Home Depot. I also need to wait because I haven't decided which bull bar/center protector I am going with. That might rule out any front license plate. Thanks!

I was wondering the same thing, because I can't get the tag I bought for the front to fit. I was hoping that there would be a bracket so that I could get my plate to fit. Any ideas?

My wife collected the plates and screwed them in herself with two self tapping screws. What bracket? You guys kill me

I had the same exact question when I bought my Runner. The dealer does not have such a part, and the holes on the bumper dont even line up with the license plate holes. Just get a couple of screws and screw the plate on.

Yaa, just screw right into the plastic bumper. They really cheaped out on that one.
