Anyone recognize this 4runner? Looks like the bumper didnt quite do the job

Depends on what company is holding the auction and what their rules are. Sometimes you can just walk in and bid all you want, sometimes you have to go through a broker or agent. Check "Insurance Auto Auctions" web site or call them and ask.
