Wouldn't that give you zero down travel?
That depends entirely on spring rate. If it has the same spring rate as the factory springs then you will get 4" more lift at the same preload so yeah, no downtravel.
14" to 16" doesn't change anything. What are the spring rates? Why are you wanting to upgrade?
Only reason would be is to run a full 3in up front. I believe they’re both rated at 600#.
That would give you 6" of lift and blow out your shocks if you actually used them hard
You might get 1/4 mile out of your CV axles.
You would murder your wheel speed sensor wires and brake lines
Get a top plate spacer

That’s what I figured, I’ll end up with top plate spacers. I was just thinking of the 16in springs on the lowest setting but it’s not worth the risk
Your front lift is limited by the shock length, or the upper control arm contacting the coil or running out of joint movement. So no chance of hurting your wires or brake lines. Since these are the limits, when you lift a tire driving offroad your front end won't explode.
If I'm thinking correctly, since they are both 600#/inch springs they would still need preloaded the same amount to obtain the same amount of lift. Just the longer spring will keep the preload collar up higher so no real difference.
Unless you are running out of thread room below the preload collar and need a taller spring?
