Anyone Running a Dynomax Muffler?

If you are what model/part number, how loud, any drone at RPM's, what do you think of it?
I searched and all I got was the "exhaust smell" thread which didn't have the info I wanted, so if this has been posted I blame the search...

Thanks

I had one... a Dynomax Super Turbo... and when I first got it I was obsessed with its sound. It had a drone around 1,900-2,300 RPM which was pretty annoying since the 4R transmission is usually operating around those RPM's. I found it was LOUD at low and high RPM's, but in the middle range it was somewhat subdued which was strange. It rusted off due to crappy install by the local Midas, but I'm much happier installing the TRD system. I've heard better things about the Flowmaster 40 series (I think its 40, not sure) compared to the Dynomax, but they all pretty much produce the same sound. The reason I got a Dynomax in the first place was that it was the cheapest option, but I learned that you get what you pay for.

The TRD uses a borla muffler if I am not mistaken, is it possible to buy just that muffler from borla? The full catback system is a little too much for me right now.

I'm sure you could find it somewhere for cheaper than the catback, and yeah you could get that welded in with the stock piping or get all new piping from the muffler back, which would probably be the best idea and is where I went wrong by just getting a new (Dynomax) muffler welded in between 2 original and old pieces of exhaust piping
