anyone that lives in tahoe

this has nothing to do with 4 runners but omg that place is amazing i was just out ther feb 7th-11th and snowboarded at heavenly in 50 degree weather with powder..i liked it so much i want to move out there..so does anyone know of a decent apartment i could get there for around 500 a month..ive been looking online and most places want 800-1000 a month..for a job i was thinking of working at one of those casinos till i get a good one..does anyone no of any trade jobs out there...like pipefitters,ironworker,electricans ect..

any info would be great

Overall tahoe doesnt have a ton of jobs(or I would live there), kinda depends on the industry but there's definitely trade jobs in tahoe. Tho a lot of that slows down in the winter with the snow and all, ie less building going on. If you search craigslist you can find cheaper housing, but it would likely be a room in a house with others. To find a place by yourself you are probably looking at the 800-1000 like you said. As far as cool places to live tahoe is one of the best. I am up there just about every weekend snowmobiling.
