This will be a reoccurring thread and is NOT limited to only 3rd Gens but we welcome them.

Yes there is a SoCal section & Yes it is empty

I'm down for a meet/trail run the weekend of June 9th. I will be in Thousand Oaks, but down to drive south to meet up. I have to go down for a graduation and worked it out that I can take Sat to go wheeling. I know it's 2 months away, but it would be cool if something was going on.

The thread is 3rd Gen focused but the trips are open to everyone, all Gens even Tacomas and Tundras JUST POST UP!

Everyone I know (friends wise) has either a 2WD truck or a sedan. There are a lot of local guys with trucks. I'm originally from NoCal and went to school in Santa Cruz.

I've met a lot of good people on T4R and been on a few runs but the SoCal section is so dead (and impossible to find) I think we need a thread here in the 3rd Gen section.

All ages are welcome, day trips, longer trips whatever. I live in San Diego but all of SoCal is fair game.

Preferably some of the trail veterans here will post up and quasi-lead a meet up.

im also active on tacoma world and they have a good amount of runs they do at gorman ill post them here when i see them. if you check their socal thread they just did a gorman meet and have a couple other planed.

I'm in. Like most others, give me a date and a week or two notice and I'll save the date. It will be easier to stay close/in San Diego, but I'm down to see some new places. I know a few trails in Big bear/Arrowhead.

I've been through a couple of these. I had to turn around on a few when the 2wheels couldn't make it any further.

Lake Arrowhead Area off-road trails:
Pilot Rock - Trail 2N33 goes from Silverwood Lake to Pinnacles
2N17X - Advanced trail forks from Pilot Rock
Dishpan Springs Trail - 3N34 goes through Dishpan Springs from Lake Arrowhead to Big Bear
Green Valley Lake
Silverwood Lake - A lake and recreation area near Cajon Pass.
Willow Creek - From Pinnacles to the east side of Lake Arrowhead.
Pinnacles - Off-road staging area at the start of the Willow Creek trail.
Devil's Hole - 3N34D, leads off of Willow Creek (3N34) towards Deep Creek.
