Anyone used these xenon hid's from protuninglab?

I feel like I haven't heard very many good things about pro tuning lab.. are these most likely junk? I want hid's with the halos and these seem good to go unless anybody has any wisdom to share.

Edit: also anyone know the CA laws off the top of their head regarding which colors are okay to go with? I'm assuming only white or yellow to be safe.

Headlights need to be white or yellow. I wouldn't go above 8000k.

I would go through theretrofitsource.com they have some badass hid bulbs

just do a proper hid retrofit if you are adding angel eyes. stay with 4300k if you want the brightest max lumens on the road to see.
also with a d2s projector retrofit, brightest white bulb to use is the osram 66240 cbi. for the warmer color but most lumens, get the night breaker.
