Had to get a new phone this weekend. Verizon is running a promotional deal where you get a 2-year subscription and the Hum module included..The Hum plugs into your OBDII and feeds data to an app. Things like vehicle location, speed, sudden braking, systems diagnostics among a host of other things..
Seems a bit big-brotherish, but I guess if you had kids of driving age it wouldn't be a bad thing..going to give it a try for a couple of weeks and see if I like it..was curious if anyone else here is using one.
