Anyone with aux. switches in 1999

I love my 4Runner but the interior on a 1999 isnt the best when adding a switch box for offroad lights, etc. Does anyone have any pics of some interior set ups for switchboxes, etc ???

I want to do alittle preplanning for some future mods.

For light switches, check ebay. i got a factory fog light switch for 16 bucks shipped. It fits perfect in the dash. All you have to do is punch out the blank and you're all set. PP wanted 50 bucks or something like that for the same switch.

How many extra switches do you want? If you plan on needing A LOT, go to some of these sites and click on the switch box links- they are generally sold for emergency lights, but they work fine with whatever setup you want, and they look good.

My switch box (sorry, no photo), was a little pricey, but it is very small and has lots of nice functions (i.e. a "master" switch which will sequence all of the buttoms on; a "momentary" button option so that if you want to use one for an airhorn, it will only sound when you touch the button, LED backlit, etc.

Yeah, I have a Federal Signal switch when I use to volly in PA in my Ford F250 but I wanted to see where you guys where mounting any switches or boxes in your 4runners due to the limited space...

I saw a few neat mods for a CB hook up by removing the ashtray and replacing it with a small CB.

I will probally need about 3 switches mainly for offroad and auxillary lights.
