Anyone’s tailgate window tint scrape off rolling up and down?

I just got my windows tinted (waited 72 hrs) and the tint scraped off the near the edges (about 3-5” from each side of the window). I’m guessing the spot is where the window tracks are located and there isn’t enough room. Anyone else ever had this happen and what was the solution? I’ve tried bending one brackets some to get relief but it’s not doing the trick.

Yes. Mine is doing the same. And I was warned by the guy who tinted that this might happen. The rear window is extremely difficult to tint. And this guy does it for living. Most people who tint offer life time warranty
