Anyplace to pick up more power for an aux circuit

Oh good, the site is back up. Must have been a heavy attack as tight as they've got Cloudflare cranked down. I guess it serves a purpose, but gawd I hate that thing. Anyway...

Since this is my vacationmobile, I might have multiple stuff plugged in for some time. Looking at installing a multi USP port in the console box, which is easy enough, but the lighter/aux is labeled 75W and really, I mean really skinny wire. What, #20 or #22 whatever the metric equivalent is? Not to mention I've got a cigarette lighter plug tire inflator and it's not going to like that skinny wire, or perhaps the other way around, but still.

Obviously I'm looking for an easy solution in the console area, I really don't want to go back to the battery, etc.

It's super easy to go from battery to center console. Rethink that.

There's a grommet on the battery side of the firewall so you just go battery -> right lower side -> firewall grommet and then inside the cab you can thread the wire up and over the steering without even pulling any panels, then thread up into center console. You should be able to do the entire run with only pulling the center console which takes 2-3 mins. I have a run from the battery to the rear powerport for my fridge to replace the stock wiring and outlet, it was ezpz to run. Let me know if you want a photo of the wire in the grommet.

Does look easy, thanks a bunch. Yeah, I'm an electrician so well aware of fusing things properly. I do good work, just not enough of it.

I ended up doing it differently. I had the wire fished in, then looked up and what am I looking at but another fusebox. So I pulled it back out and used the one by my knee, why run more than I need to. Got some fusetaps, so just stuck that into the Power Seat fuse, especially since I don't have power seats, and ran the wire to the console. Got a little USB charging hub, bent some Lexan, double face taped it and bam, lots of charging ports with plenty of power on a 15A circuit in the console storage box. I really should have thrown a lighter type charging port in there too but maybe later for my little air pump.
