APR Auto engines?

I was thinking for the money and with a 3 year unlimited mile warranty it sounds pretty good but was hoping somebodies used them.

My experience has been extremely negative. Did not have a chance to install their stuff yet because they keep screwing up every step of the way - missing parts, wrong parts, "parts in the mail" but missing. Rude, inconsiderate, poorly organized, and not obsenly intelligent people. How hard could it be to comprehend that "complete head gasket set is missing the head gasket"? And yet three people I spoke with (two apparently mechanics) messed the message up. Phone calls are not returned, emails sent to wrong address, and when I finally demanded an answer to a simple "where is my stuff?" question, the response was "sit and wait - we are not taking crap from you".

Research

BigNate i personally avoided APR during my search since i did find a few negative comments about the way they conduct business,i was able to locate a couple of good engine builders with a good background and did not find any negative comments about their company.I have purchased my engine from Raptor Engines out of Oregon the price was right and came with 7 years 70k mile warranty as long you stick to their requirements,i also found Yota shop from Washington state who builds only Toyota engines only and also have a good warranty. check them out and see if you like what you see.here is some link.YotaShop offers Quality Toyota Engines and Parts
Raptor Engines, 7 Year 70000 Mile Warranty

The only reason i went with Raptor is the warranty and a few hundred bucks cheaper,my engine is currently running and fired right up after install.no problem so far and the guy in charge answered all my questions prior to buying the engine.
