First post here. Been lurking for a while searching for inspiration on a new set of wheels and tires for my 2000 4Runner. I can get a decent deal on a set of American Racing Mainline 893's (265/65/17). See link below. Thoughts on how this might look on my stock 4runner.
I can't find any pictures on the internet of these rims since they are fairly new. So I thought I'd pose the question to fellow enthusiast. Here's a link to AR's website: American Racing Mainline Machined w/Black Accent
I work in corporate America and so I'm after a somewhat subtle yet "upgraded" look, if that makes sense. Nothing ricer, and I'm ok with aggressive (albeit without a lift and 33" obviously). Feel free to suggest another rim if you don't like the 893, but it has to fit and look good with no lift
P.S. - out of curiosity, why does everyone hate running boards so much? I'm not partial to them, mine came with them, and I may actually take them off. Is it because they're not good for offroading or do people not like the way they look, or both? Just wondering...
