I wanted to see the final production bumper on an 05 4runner.

Manik is for sale. It's in great shape. I cleaned it up and it looks like new.
I did install ARB with my friend. Its 200lbs, so it would be easy to do it yourself, but most of the work can be done by just one person. If you work in pair, it wills significantly cut your installation time.

my tjm is less then 100 but not much.. thats one heavy bumper inless you included a winch on it.. then I could see 200 easily..

ARB is replacement of your old plastic cover, reinforcement bar and bumper brackets. I think all this weights approximately 70-90lbs. ARB has new brackets to the frame and steel bumper itself, no need in reinforcement. 200lbs is not that bad. My front end is sagged something 3/16". ARB is more engineered bumper compare to TJM. It's been designed not only withstand off-road driving, but also provide at least the same level of cooling and make it look stock. Right now when I'm looking at the front of my truck it doesn't looks like some aftermarket accessory (TJM, Shrokworks does, my personal opinion), it seems to be designed and assembled by Toyota.

could be the width difference between 3rd and 4th and bracket mounting

we have two brackets on the tjm that look like wings.. those weigh maybe 3 pounds each. bumper I could lift to my chest so I knw it cant be over 110.

Ok guys. I'll start posting my review this weekend. BUT, the project is not finished yet. I need the lights which are stacked somewhere at customs. They've been in Vancouver from last Sunday and still not cleared. Things can become so complicated when you ship stuff across the border.
