It's unfortunate that this whole thing had to go down like this. Apparently half of my order won't get into their hands until the middle of May and my locker is just sitting in their warehouse. This group buy feels disorganized from the get go and truthfully I'm a little turned off by it. I know their intentions are good, it just feels like they bit off more than they can chew. No hard feeling towards them, I'm just a frustrated it didn't go as planned.

Cross the fingers something magical happens before my camping trip next week. Ahhh wishful thinking...

This is pretty standard of how group buys work, to get the lowest price from a manufacturer we have to place a bulk order with them. A lot of items were in stock and have shipped, others have been delayed. We have tried to keep everyone in the loop with what is going on with their order with weekly email updates. To save you all more money your orders must be shipped together. While it does take longer than orders placed thru our website, we hope the discount makes the wait worthwhile. Have you been getting the email updates? Several people have not been checking or have had an update delivered to their spam.

Other brands such as Rigid, or Baja Designs stock much more inventory than ARB does and ship in 1-2 days but ARB keeps most of their goods in Aus so we have to wait for them to take delivery.

Remember, if there is anything we can do for you we are just a phone call away at 702.979.1577. We will do all that is possible to speed up the delivery of yours and all other orders.

I appreciate the response. Yeah I've been getting the generic emails, but those dont help with where my order is at. I emailed you guys and promptly received information about my order. I understand the shipping situation. I guess if I knew it was going to take this long and would have ordered the awning stuff somewhere else. Like I said, nothing against you guys and certainly I appreciate the discounts. My personal experience with you guys on communication has been great.

Received the important part of my shipment today. The twin compressor. Thanks. Now waiting on the rest of the small stuff. I was quite shocked when the wife called and said I had a 4runner package at the door, I never got a shipping notice for it, so wasn't expecting it

I do want to give props to [MENTION=120150]TotalAutomotiveLV[/MENTION] for going above and beyond in regards to my order. I haven't received it yet, but they personally went out of their way to contact via phone and give me updates on my order. I didn't even ask for a phone call. Thank you for keeping an open line of communication. I look forward to receiving my order and hoping to get everything installed before my next trip!

The other stuff are also part of the group buy. ARB shipped the compressor directly to me and I received shipping g info from TAP.

One of our reps is still out in California delivering packages. We appreciate all of your patience, but everything should be shipped out by the end of the week.
 
Pretty Disappointed

Just unwrapped by skids and they are covered in scratches and dings all over the paint. So instead of putting them on for Expo this weekend, I get to repaint all of them.

You would think ARB would wrap them up a little better than just a single sheet of bubble wrap.

That sucks, very sorry to hear that We had those shipped direct because of the size and to cut down on delivery time. If you want a fresh set please let us know.

Not a biggie, I am slowly spray painting them. They are just skids and will get dinged up anyway. It wasnt anything you guys did/could control.

Thanks for the offer though and thanks for putting this together!
