ARB Roof Rack

Has anyone put an full length ARB roof rack on their 3rd gen? I want one that is 87" x 44". I'm curious about how to mount it up front above the sunroof since the factory rails don't extend that far. I think it comes with a mounting kit so that might do it. Here is a picture. If anyone has a picture of it installed on their 4runner can you post it.

before you buy that look at the thread on my bajarack. the size you are talking about is huge, the 3rd gen bajarack fits perfectly

Not only does the Baja Rack have a better fit and form than the ARB, it's also cheaper .

as i mentioned before, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A 1/2" wrench and a 11mm and 13mm socket with extension!!!!! very easy to install.

That rack looks pretty sweet on that fj60. Just pick one of those up. I'm looking for the right one now...

that baja rack would be easy. just a matter if you want to put it on some load bars, or fab some smaller brackets to mount flush with the roof

that bajarack youre looking at i believe is the megamule. they make one specifically to fit our 3rd gens. megamule would cover sunroof and not allow rear tail to open all the way.

see i love the look of the mega mule. and its not like your climbing out of your sunroof for any regular reason.

Per baja's site, the mega measures 68" long. Open your rear hatch and measure the amt of usable length on your roof and see if you come over the windshield or not.
