ARB Sahara Bar Retrofit

I could swear some member here who worked at a dealership had one fitted to a 4runner. I'd try searching "ARB" and see if you cant come up with it. I think it was mainly cutting the wings that come back to the wheel well a little bit.

Did you ever consider getting the Deluxe and cutting off the tubes that go around the lights? That's pretty close to the look of the Sahara and probably alot easier and cleaner modding-wise. Just a thought.

I don't like the look of the black tubes and triangle supports for them. It looks fine on just a trail rig, but for everyday driving Sahara looks way better.

The SEMA 4runner I believe is the Sahara version. If you want that specific one Tim Lund can build it for you. He does fabrication work on the side and is the engineer that built the SEMA version.

When I emailed him when the SEMA version was released he told me that he can build them on an individual basis:

Modified Bullbar: $1400.00 ea.
-plus $306.00 if they want the optional driving lamps inserts.

I believe he had to rebuild the mounts as they don't line up and the wings had to adjusted to fit w/ the 4runner contour.

Yes he works for ARB. He's in Seattle, WA at the US hq. He did many of the prototypes for the US side and is one of the guys pushing for the 4th gen 4runner bumpers.

Where did you get the pic of the Prado. I would love to have the sliders it seems to have on it. Also, I wonder what type of lift it has. I am guessing that it would be easier to get the bumper to work on my GX.

He wants 1400, for the bullbar already modified, or 1400 on top of the price of the bull bar for labor?

1400 fully built w/o light assembly from what I recall.
