Are 85 22r short blocks that same as the 22re?

Are 85 22r short blocks that same as the 22re? Basically I have an 88 22re and I need a core short block. This guy has an 85 22r short block. Can I use his block, crank and rods?

The only difference between the 22R and the 22RE is the fuel injection.

85+ 22R and 22RE use the same block and head.
The 84 and older use a different block and head, and are not interchangeable with the 85+.
