Are LED fog lights standard for 2021?

Hi,

I priced out a 2021 4Runner and saw there is an option to add on LED Fog Lights for $349 under accessories. However, when you look through the specs it says LED fog lights are standard like the LED Headlights.

This was the 2021 4Runner SR5 Premium. Any info on this since I might be buying one soon and I’m guessing the dealership isn’t going to know lol. I‘be attached a couple of pictures for reference.

If they are only $349, I would assume they are just bulbs in the same housing.

Are they the 2-in-1? They had that on the ‘18 as an option. LED fog/driving light depending on what setting the headlight was on. A lot of stock fogs will cut off on certain headlight settings.

"High performance" LED fogs?

Related question; I've just started contacting dealers re a '21 TRDORP and one of the build sheets includes "High-Performance LED Fog Lights". An image of this part of the build sheet is attached.

Guessing it's a port add-on (the vehicle is not yet at the dealer) and I don't see this option on the Toyota build page. Has anyone seen these or know what it is relative to the standard LED fogs on the ORP?

So I have a 21 ORP coming in a couple weeks or so. The only option it has is upgraded led fogs for $169. It seems that this is an option that’s carried over from last years model. It’s a port installed option. Why it has this upgrade when all the 21s come with led fogs standard I don’t know, but it’s as close to no added options as I could find in my region. Guess I’ll find out what they are like when it shows up at my dealer.

If your new 4Runner doesn't come with them, you can easily add them. The factory LED fogs are direct fit to the halogen fogs. Part numbers are 81210-48051 (right) and 81220-48051 (left). I exchanged them on my '18 SR5 Premium. One word of caution: the right side fog is hard to get to for there is a bracket hiding it that is hard to remove.

No, they are completely different. I payed $200 to retrofit my'18 4Runner with factory LEDs. There are actually many LEDs with a unique reflector and are VERY bright compared to the 19 watt halogens.
