I have always thought that the 1999 4Runners had very small foglights. Come to my surprise that Toyota sold the fog lights as an option for the 1997-1998 4runners. So why not both?

With the help from a reciprocating saw, I measured twice and cut thrice.
I used Blazer replacements and bolted them to the plastic shell of my bumper as you can see. I think they are more useful than just the 99+ lights.
Right after I completed this mod I found some Hella Originals in a salvage yard near me. haha
