Are Taco headlamp housings the same as like year 4runners?

I suspect this has been asked, but I'm not finding it.

Saw this in recent Costco ad:

Looks like a pretty good deal, but no application for 4runner. Does say it fits 05-09 Taco. Visually they look like the housings on the '06 4runner, but are they the same? At least physically? I could probably handle wiring mods but wouldn't want to mess with any sort of fitment issues.
