are these bolts fixed or removable (Ivan Stewart Wheels)

Hi I am picking these wheels up next week and am going to get them refinished. So my question (as I dont physically have them yet) is.....

The sets of bolts at the end of each"arm" (Circled in red) are they removable? Thinking of getting the wheels finished professionally in Black but thought they would look good with silver bolt heads.

Yeah i believe that are removable but they are not a 2 piece wheel or anything. Just some threaded holes.

i've seen the paint scheme you're contemplating but it was with just rattle cans. I thought it looked great so I can only imagine if you're actually getting them blasted and coated.
