Armor mpg question

I know it has been asked but did a search and could find a exact awnser. How much mpg loss did everyone get when they put front plate bumpers on and a roof top tent. I have a 04 v6 4runner. I'm averaging 18 right now.

No experience on this but I think its minimal but other factors like tire, its psi and wind resistance would affect.

I noticed no difference in mpg when I put an ARB bumper on my 3rd gen.

It's hard to pin point how much you loss (too many variables), the more weight you add (armor, RTT, tires, wheels) will all decrease your mileage. add a lift and now you are creating even more wind resistance

but to give you an idea I average 14~15mpg in the city. about the same going 75 on the highway.
