Whenever I am around 60 mph or faster and i slow down my 2000 4runner vibrates a lot, only thing i can think of is wheel allignment or balance but just wanted to check on here before i did anything.

pad deposits that have either caused poor rotor/pad contact or the rotors are flat out warped.
Try this...

If that does not help to cure your problem, then you sir are in the market for new rotors and pads.

In addition to the above suggestions, i would take a look at your tire balance especially if you recently change tires. Take a look at this thread: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=173. Your local Toyota dealership (esp. if it's big) should have this balance device and machine.

The vibrations dont happen when i press on the brake they happen when i just start to slow down when i dont gas when going above 60, when i gradually lose speed the whole car vibrates
