I bought my 4Runner from Atkinson Toyota here in College Station.

I'm young, but not new by any means to the dealership scene. I've been test driving cars since I was 18 and have test driven several cars, trucks, SUVs, etc... I love doing it. I get to expand my expertise for my friends and get to know the dealerships and the salesmen there.

Atkinson is a great place. I don't remember the specific salesman I worked with. He was new, and didn't have a lot of product knowledge. Which for a lot of people here is fairly standard. We know a lot of about what we like. But the rest of the crew there are great. They gave me a great price right off the bat and threw in several things I would have had to pay a lot for (i.e. platinum warranty, silencer system, etc...)

The service department is also extremely amiable. They always are very prompt and do great work.

I bought a used '02 Tacoma while I was in college from a private seller. However, I would take my Tacoma into Bossier-Atkinson for scheduled maintenance, etc. They were great to deal with! also, I preferred to change my own oil / filter with Mobil 1 Extended Life - however, living in an apartment made that difficult. I would just take my truck, my purchased oil, and filter to Atkinson and they completed the oil change for only $10. This was definitely a lot easier than me changing it in the apartment parking lot.

I give this dealership 5 stars.
