Attaching pictures on posts

What do I need to do to attach pictures to my posts?

I understand the process but it does not work. Each time I try to attach a picture it fails to upload.

I can attach a link to photobucket or some other place but that really does not have the same impact as an attached picture.

I do not have this problem posting on the FJCruiser forum so it seems to be specific to this site.

Any ideas?
