I just recently bought a 93 Toyota 4runner with 3 friends, and decided to go for a drive. We named him Trev and so far he's been awesome. Not pecisely sure what the model number is, but we have the 2.4L petrol (totota's 22-R) running both petrol and with an aftermarket LPG system, which i think makes him an LN130R.
The reason for buying a 4runner was a combination of the adaptability of the car, and toyotas notorious reliability. Both really important things for us because our plan is to drive from Melbourne AUS, to Appen Scotland. As i write this now we have made it as far as Phnom Phen (Cambodia), and all things going well should be in Laos by the end of the week.
