Auto down not working after stereo inst.

OK so I put a new stereo in the '07 which involved disconnecting the battery and Sound deadening the doors, new speakers etc.

I get it all back together and the Auto down function on the driver's side window and the sunroof auto open / auto close function don't work.
The sunroof has fixed itself...don't know why but, the drivers window still will not auto down. Little shit pisses me off.

Any ideas how to get this thing back to right ?

read ur manual. =) u hold down the button, hold it until the window stops. then pull up to close it and hold all the way up. i dont have the manual in my hand sorry.
