Auto headlights

Ok on my 2000 is has auto headlights which I cannot stand when it's light outside I dont like the way it looks. Could it be possible to re-wire the circuits or something? There has got to be a way!

Search around the forums for the "DRL mod" ...

DRL = Daytime Running Lights. I actually like them on my rig, if I had them...

Yup figured it out all I have to do is pull the E-brake up 1 notch and it turns them off without the brake engaging.

Or you can cut one wire under the dash and not have to think about the e brake.

There's a DRL module on your drivers side just on the inside of the fender if you open the hood. Looks like a little black box. Just unplug that.
