Auto to manuel Questions

Hi,
I have a 85 auto 4runner with a 22re that I want to put a 5 speed in. I have a complete and running, but not well, 84 sr5 4x4 long bed with a 22r.
My questions are
1. are there any computer problems that I am going to encounter?
2. I think this should be a pretty straight forward bolt up since I have the doner car, but are there any matching problems from the 22r to 22re?
3. any special wiring other then neutral saftey switch and back up lights?
4. am i forgetting any thing major? (I know I'm forgetting something)

As long as you have the neutral start switch jumpered, you won't have any problems, your ECU won't care. With you donor truck on hand, you are all set to go. Even if you have forgotten something, you will be reminded by your donor truck.

The clutch pedal assy, mstr cyl, slave cyl, and lines from the donor maybe?
