Auto Tranny Whoas

I had to do a tranny swap a while back on my truck, everything went smoothly, i am however having some problems as of late.

for the most part the transmission runs and shifts perfectly. but from time to time, it seems like everything starts slipping, and my O/D light will flash, after a while it will go away. I haven't been able to find any pattern in the occurences of this problem, and can't figure out why it's happening. any help or ideas would be great.

Need more info. What year, model, motor, 2 or 4wd, etc...

sorry, i've posted this in a few different places, the details tend to get neglected. the truck is a 90 4runner 3.0L v6 4wd.


through lots of trouble shooting i've discovered that it should be one of the solenoids inside the tranny, either that or wiring to the solenoid, i will be crawling under there, and taking a look at it in the next few days.

help and pointers ideas, etc are still much apreciated.
