Autodimming mirror

How hard is the autodimming mirror to mount, I have an 03 sport are all the connections there for the temp sensor and power.

Not all have the compass - some also have outside temp (taqd redundant for 03 up 4Runners) and HomeLink. No wires are there - you have to wire in the harness and sensors that it comes with. Mounting is easy.
