I had a pleasant experience at Autonation Toyota Buena Park.
I found an Edmund's price promise online and printed it out, emailed the contact listed and came in to see the 4runner. They had it pulled up front, I looked it over, did the test drive and told them I'd be back another day(had to think it over).
When I came back it was waiting for me out front. Checked the odometer to see if it changed (went from 4 miles when I drove it to 5).
Daisy and Daniel from the internet sales team were great. Kind and knowledgeable about the 4runner.
My only issue was with the finance department. I had to wait 3 hours before they would "see me". It would have caused me to walk out on them, but they had the World Cup on the TV in the lounge so that made the time go by easier.
Finance guy (Russian i think), did the typical finance thing and tried to sell me on stuff I didn't want or need. I politely refused the same warranty 3 times before he started lowering the price. I got it down to what I wanted to pay after he told me it wouldn't happen.
Prior to the sale I had arranged to have the car delivered to my house 20 miles away. Right after I signed the final paperwork, they drove it home for me.
So far (it's only been 4 hours since I left the dealership) I'm impressed with them and would use them again if the pricing was as good as it was this time around.
