Aux Cig lighter fuse?

Anyone know where this is?

My regular lighter works to power and charge my stuff, but the aux lighter sockets do not?! I have so many its sort of bumming me out to always have to use only the one. I found a schematic but it doesnt seem to contain the aux plugs.

Besides the fuse, any other likely suspects? Is there possibly a plug in the back of the center panel that is just not seated?

Your schematic crashed my browser. The Power Outlet Schematic is here: ncttora--2002 Toyota 4Runner FSM--Power Outlets

They are controlled by a different relay and fuse than the lighter. Both are in Engine J/B. The fuse is the center of three in the rearmost row. I'd start there. Fuse locations are shown on Page 22 here. You can then click on each connector's link on the second page of the first link to find its location and pinout so as to check there.

Bookmark this link for the whole wiring manual. Absolutely indispensable.

Weird - its just a local link to an attachment on this forum :/ Sorry

Thank you very much for your help.

No biggie. I don't see why ANY attachment should lock up Firefox like that--but it did. Refuse to open, sure--but just lock up? Weird. Anyway, glad to help.

If the fuse for the accessory power plugs isn't blown, there is also a fusible link on the back of the plug-in itself. I blew both of mine, not sure how but I had to tear the dash apart and solder in new wires.

Interesting. I didn't mention those because I didn't think he would have blown both at once. But I suppose anybody could take a bad load, blow one, and then try the other and pop that one. Checking the rear plug would be key here. (DO NOT QUOTE THIS PARAGRAPH OUT OF CONTEXT! Yikes.....)
