Is the avic d3 faceplate replaceable? Also, when I turn on my 4runner, sound comes out of about 6 speakers, then within 2 - 5 seconds, the rest of the 10 kick in. I just had the avic d3 and tyto-01 harness installed along with bluetooth, ipod and sirius. Is that normal with that type of harness? Thanks.
