AVN2210 plug and play?

I did a search and found nothing, does anyone know if the Eclipse AVN2210 is plug and play for non jbl 4runner? I appreciate anyones help in advance, if it isn't what would be needed to make it work and still utilize steering wheel controls?

NON JBL 4Runner's means that there is nothing to bypass. Which would allow an easy connection to the wire-harness adapter (sold separately)

For JBL 4Runner's there is a special harness needed to be connected to an aftermarket radio (sold separately)

GO TO Crutchfield: Car Stereo, Speakers, Home Theater, LCD TV, Digital Cameras and put in your 4runner specs. It will generate what you need to the job done. ALSO you can look for the steering wheel control adapter which has a pulldown to verify if the radio will work with it.

IF you get the type of truck you have, year and jbl system w or w/out rds. I could try and find out.

according to TomTom Eclipse AVN2210p GPS Review
the HU does not have a remote control output which is generally needed to connect the steering wheel control adapter to use those functions.

The device looks a little weird, but the great feature on which to buy is the fact that the tom tom GPS comes out and you may use outside of the car. I LOVE THAT, however the battery life is estimated around 1 hour or 1.5 hours. Which is not allot allowing that feature to be nearly useless.

Look for other HU's ONE company (forgot which one) uses GARMIN as their navi. I think KENWOOD? - YES KENWOOD!
and the HU is so much better looking and most of them are compatible for a steering wheel remote (of course a 3rd party device is always needed with any HU)
